Application
As a first step, an applicant can send inquiry—typically an email or letter no longer than one page—with a brief project proposal summary to the Programme Management Unit (PMU).
A more elaborated request can also be submitted using the Application Request Form. In case others are partenering in the project, a Partnership Declaration needs to be signed by all partners.
The PMU reviews the proposal summary or request and determines whether the proposal is generally eligible for BizClim funding.
If deemed eligible, the PMU supports the recipient to develop and submit a final Project Application. The PMU will then prepare an Activity Implementation Proposal for approval by the Validation Committee.
Further steps will notably include the prepration of tender dossier and the launch of a tender for the recruitment of consultants who will be in charge of delivering the required technical assistance.
